It’s awesome to see so many places offering healthier options. If you haven’t been to Long Weekend, it’s a great spot for food and beyond, family-friendly! Another great gameday spot.

Heading into the fall has been a great reset for me over here. I think getting older in general forces you to stop or start various habits because your body just won’t have it anymore. I’ve been thankful for an overall healthy family and good rhythms to be able to stay consistent. I thought I’d share some of the things I’m doing. The main theme is that it’s nothing glitzy or spectacular - just trying to make better choices each day. Would love to hear what you’re doing in your world!

Workouts: I was influenced to try @madelainerascan’s workouts and I love her. I have one more week of the Lean and Lethal program. I have never been so consistent at a workout program. She makes me laugh, and her ridiculous ways of explaining how to do the form well work for me. idk. My mood and energy are better than they’ve been in years. BIG FAN.

Drinks: We are a beer family. We love trying all kinds of crazy beers and going to breweries - a real blessing and curse. We have cut back this year thanks to Athletic’s Non-Alcoholic IPA (and a great beer glass of course). It gives you enough of the treat of the beer with way less of the junk.

Chefs for Farmers: The festival is coming to Houston September 24-27. I’m attending on Sunday and really excited about this one. Food is such a huge topic of conversation in our city (and country) right now, and learning more about locally sourced foods and supporting the local farms and chefs is a joy for us at Woo. Will you be there too? Send me an email and let me know.

Simple Swaps & Spots for a Health(ier) Gameday

Y'all, it's that time of year again, Saturdays are college football, Sundays are Texans, and somewhere in between somebody's already asking what we're eating before the first commercial break. I don't know about your house but ours turns into a full production, and I refuse to be the person showing up with a tray of raw vegetables pretending it's a snack. 🏈

Good news: you don't need a whole different menu to make game day feel a little better. Bake the wings instead of frying them, sneak some protein onto the nachos, swap the sour cream for Greek yogurt and nobody even notices. Still messy, still require too many napkins, still very much game day.

We rounded up a few easy upgrades to the classics, plus where to watch if you'd rather let someone else handle the kitchen (and the cleanup), including one spot with a patio and one with a genuinely good non-alcoholic beer lineup for anyone going dry-ish this season.

Stop Layering Serums. Start Drinking Your Skincare.

As the weather cools, skin often gets drier, duller, and tighter — no matter how many serums you layer on. That's because real hydration starts from within.

Pique's Radiant Skin Duo pairs two formulas that work from the inside out. B·T Fountain is a beauty electrolyte with clinically studied ceramides and ultra-low molecular weight hyaluronic acid. Sun Goddess Matcha brings EGCG antioxidants that protect collagen and calm the stress that shows up as dullness and puffiness.

Skip the five-step routine: plumper, more even-toned skin in weeks is what keeps customers coming back every fall. This bundle sells out fast — once it's gone, it's gone until next year.

Lock in 20% off for life now, backed by Pique's 90-day guarantee. Shop the Radiant Skin Duo before it's gone.
