We made it!
I had a good laugh with Chat yesterday after requesting an image of a “30-year-old woman sitting at her desk, eagerly awaiting an impending cold front with her plants, ice roller, and vitamins.”
She turned out adorable—and completely unrealistic compared to how I actually look while writing this. However, if you ever need an out-of-the-box wellness boost, I highly recommend using ChatGPT’s random image generation feature for a good laugh. It never fails me or my kids, who are always begging for custom coloring pages.
A couple of things I want to personally highlight in today’s Woo: ALEOLI’s free (yes, free!) hot yoga classes all of November and our Healthier Halloween Guide to help you enjoy—and recover from these next few days!
Before you go, would you mind hitting one of the buttons below to let us know where you are on your wellness journey? As Woo grows, we want to make sure we’re creating content that truly fits you. And if there’s a topic you’d love to see, hit reply and tell us — I’d love to hear from you. 😄
Where are you in your wellness journey?
The 3-Minute Nervous System Reset
Our latest article breaks down a simple, three-minute practice to help calm and reset your nervous system—something you can do anywhere, anytime. It’s a quick guide for busy Houstonians (parents, professionals, everyone in between) to pause, breathe, and feel more grounded without needing a full meditation session or fancy equipment. Think of it as a mini reset for your mind and body.
*Christmas side-note: A dry brush and ice roller would make great stocking stuffers, all linked in the guide! 🎄
