I love looking back at pictures of our family through the years at Astros games.

Fun fact… the Astros might be good at baseball again. I'd love to be one of those people who watches their team even when they're losing, but I'm not. 😁

What I am here for is dreaming about another playoff run (some would call this greedy at this point) and watching it outside in some newly minted fall weather. That's what I dream about in August.

In the meantime, we're all trying to get our heads back on straight after summer. It's been a pretty magical one over here — no babies or toddlers this time around. So while I'm looking forward to routine, it's also been a genuinely fun summer living the full kid-venture life. Although, I'd rather watch the Rangers win the World Series before I see the inside of another kids' playplace (this 100% a lie - I got in an internet fight with a bunch of men on a Dude Perfect post after they won, it was a dark moment for me). Still, I do love these slow mornings and just letting the days take us where they will.

Don't miss our update to the Restaurant Weeks Guide, and this one's a big deal. I said "update" because Woo is officially one year old! 🤩

Houston Restaurant Weeks: Dine Clean, Do Good

Houston Restaurant Weeks is back, 38 days, nearly 400 restaurants, and one very good excuse to eat out for a cause (hi, Houston Food Bank). But if you're trying to keep things clean while you're at it, not every prix-fixe menu is created equal. We dug through the whole list and found 9 spots that actually deliver — from a steakhouse that's 100% seed-oil-free to a Mediterranean menu that's basically an olive oil love letter.

A body moisturizer built by longevity scientists

Starting in your 30s, skin's collagen production drops roughly 1 to 1.5% a year, and the decline isn't confined to your face. Skin is your largest organ, and the visible signs of cellular aging — crepey texture, loss of firmness — show up across your arms, chest, and legs, and are only accelerated by external stress and UV exposure. Yet 97% of your skin, everything below the neck, goes untouched by most skin longevity routines.

OS-01 BODY moisturizer goes beyond hydration. Powered by the OS-01 Peptide™ and built on over a decade of longevity science, it works where aging begins — addressing a leading driver of visible skin aging, so skin looks and feels healthier with regular use. In a double-blind 12-week clinical study, 70% of participants showed visibly smoother skin, alongside +41% barrier resilience and +38% hydration. The kind of results that make people call it a holy grail product — and mean it.
