It’s been an exciting month—launching on social media, releasing our very first guide, and now kicking off these weekly chats.

To the 100+ of you who are founding subscribers: thank you. I’m so grateful you’re here.

While I’ve made a lot of changes in our life over the past couple of years, I’m still on this journey right alongside you. So please—reach out, share your tips, and let’s grow together.

I’m so excited to see this space grow, evolve, and only get better with time. If you’re enjoying it so far, forward it to a friend who might love it too.

Fresh Picks

🍞 In Our Bellies | Miniberry Toast

Great for both kids and adults, this snack—lovingly dubbed the “Miniberry” by my kids—was gifted to me by my friend Mackenzie, who described it as tasting like “a pastry from a fun bakery.” It’s quickly become a favorite in our house, and I’m obsessed.

Miniberry Toast 🍓🍞

Lightly toast a thick slice of bread until golden and crisp. Spread with a swipe of grass-fed butter, a dollop of creamy Greek yogurt, and a spoonful of your favorite berry jam. That’s it—simple, cozy, and just sweet enough.

Optional: Top with fresh berries or a sprinkle of chia seeds for extra flair!

🎧 In Our Ears | Branch Basics talks baby

Over the past few weeks, I’ve taken a deep dive into the story behind Branch Basics. Allison, Kelly, and Marilee are true trailblazers in the clean living space, and hearing their journeys gives powerful context to why this work matters so much to them.

One of the core reasons I started Woo was because of people like them—thoughtful, passionate, inspired. They have a clear “why” behind what they’re building, and I want to be influenced by people who are pursuing beauty and goodness in their own lives—and helping others do the same.

🏠 In Our Homes | Branch Basics

Staying on theme—I’ve officially joined the Branch Basics club. My sister-in-law has raved about it for years and gifted me the starter kit for my birthday (highly recommend as a gift!). It was just the push I needed.

I’m now a big fan and have swapped over our soaps and cleaners. Next up: trying it for laundry. (I’m currently testing another clean brand too—review coming soon.)

One of the best parts? I feel totally comfortable letting my kids use it. My daughter actually loves to help clean (win!) and with Branch Basics, I don’t have to worry.

My cute helper 😍

🥗 What We’re Learning | Protect your produce

What to watch: There’s been a wave of online conversation about Apeel—a produce coating designed to extend the shelf life of fruits and vegetables—being approved for use on organic items. The debate over the products safety is still unfolding… so we suggest you watch this space.

The Good News

H-E-B is not currently selling Apeel-coated produce (per a 2023 X post). While the company hasn’t made a recent public statement, we’re hoping that still holds true

📩 This Week’s Ask

Thanks to Jenna for this week’s question focused on holistic chiropractors for the whole family.

Chiropractic care supports the body’s natural ability to heal by improving spinal alignment, which can enhance nervous system function, reduce pain, and boost overall well-being in adults. For children, gentle adjustments may help with sleep, digestion, posture, and developmental alignment—supporting wellness from the inside out.
