Tylenol has been a hot topic in holistic and functional health circles for a while, and as of yesterday, it’s getting national attention. These conversations will likely keep unfolding—politically, economically, and in the public sphere.

I found this thread by @healthillie helpful—she not only recaps the press conference findings but also shares thoughtful alternatives for women who are trying to conceive or are pregnant.

On the local front, Woo is also spotlighting a wonderful Houston resource today: The Whole Mother and Child, a practitioner supporting women and children through every stage of life.

I’d love to know your thoughts on all of this—just hit reply and share what’s on your mind.

What is Osteopathy and How Can it Help Me?

I’ve been on a bit of a quest to get to the root of some nagging aches and pains. My sister-in-law recommended Elene awhile back, and I finally had my first appointment with her a couple of weeks ago (I’m already booked to go back this week).

What struck me most is how much time she takes to really listen. In a world that feels rushed and transactional, holistic care reminds me how valuable it is to slow down and be fully heard. That intentional space makes all the difference.

I’m excited for you to get to know Elene and her practice—I think you’ll see why I was so impressed, and maybe even be inspired to give her a try.

Deal(s) of the Week!

In case you missed it, last week we did a feature on non-toxic car detailing with Aloha Auto Spa. They’re offering Woo readers 20% off an detailing service now through the end of October.

Check out the feature and go get your car cleaned up!

It’s on my list to try a Pvolve class and they’re running a great deal for first timers at their Memorial location. If you are a Pvolve fan already or try it for the first time let me know what you think.
